Environmental Initiatives: The report highlights atNorth’s Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.28 and a Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) below 0.1 L/kWh, both outperforming industry averages. The company has also reported Scope 3 emissions at 1,300 metric tons, with Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduced to 704 and 3,200 metric tons, respectively. To further minimize its carbon footprint, atNorth has secured three mega sites and established partnerships aimed at recycling excess heat, including collaborations with local initiatives to grow vegetables through heat reuse. Workforce and Community Engagement: The company experienced a 68% growth in its workforce over the past year, with women in leadership roles increasing from 18% to 30%. Employee satisfaction ratings have also seen significant improvement. Beyond internal development, atNorth actively supports community initiatives, including mental health programs and local sports teams. Ethical Business Conduct: In 2024, atNorth became a member of the UN Global Compact, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable procurement and ensuring suppliers adhere to strict ethical guidelines as outlined in their Supplier Code of Conduct.
