ICE02 is a tier 3 data center on a plot of 4.5 hectares (with an option to expand on a further 2.5 hectares), located close to Keflavik international airport in Iceland.
The data center currently provides more than 13,750 SQM of white technical space and offers short and long-term scaling opportunities, robust connectivity, and low-latency access to major interconnection hubs. Iceland data center 2 (ICE02) provides high-density colocation with unprecedented cost efficiency.
ICE02 leverages all the advantages offered by Iceland: security, sustainability and energy efficiency. Average temperatures allow for efficient free natural cooling and its natural geothermic resources ensure large amounts of renewable, carbon free energy at highly competitive and stable prices.

The abundance of renewable energy drives consistently low energy prices
atNorth currently operates three sites in Iceland specializing in high-density colocation and HPC workloads. Iceland is a favourable data center location. It produces reliable and competitive electricity, with a sustainable mix of geothermal and hydroelectric power generation. With a year-round mild climate providing naturally, free ambient cooling, perfect for cooling data centers and a solid foundation for an exceptionally low PUE.
