Magnús joined atNorth in 2018. Before joining atNorth, Magnús was the Managing Director at Advania for almost 8 years and the board chairman at Iceland Datacenter. He has been instrumental in developing and progressing the business since its inception and is widely quoted in the media as a leading figure in the Nordic data center industry. He aims to create a decarbonizing platform for high-density IT workloads by operating data centers throughout the Nordics.

Eva joined atNorth in 2021 with a wealth of valuable senior management experience crafted both in the banking industry as well as vast experience as a board member at establishments such as Landsbankinn, Skeljungur (Shell) and Advania in Iceland.

Previously the CFO of Icelandair, CFO/COO of Advania, Eva brings business strategy, corporate management skills and personal values which strongly align with atNorth.

Fredrik joined atNorth executive team in 2023, with 20 years of experience in IT Services and DCs including several executive positions at DigiPlex, STACK and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A winner of over 50 awards for excellence, he is passionate about strategy and transformation initiatives that underpin continued rapid growth. Fredrik is widely quoted in both Nordic and International media on topics ranging from digitalization and sustainability and the data centers role in society to brand building and company transformation in a fast paced global environment.

Anders joined atNorth as CSO in 2023. A business-minded, entrepreneurial leader, with broad sales experience from IT and BPO services plus ERP. He values the importance of earning trust for building successful organizations and business relationships. He has gained extended leadership experience in CEO, MD and CSO roles in companies like ECO DC, Azets, Visma and Steria.

Erling joined atNorth’s executive team in 2023 bringing 25 years of experience in the telecom and IT industries across Europe. An award winning and inspirational leader, he is renowned for maintaining high professional standards and progressing high-performance teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Before joining atNorth, he served as the CEO of Reykjavik Fibre/​Ljósleiðarinn, where his leadership left a lasting impact. His vast experience and unique skill set promotes operational excellence and drives the continued growth and success of the company.

Anna joined atNorth in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in business strategy and global leadership to the team. As Chief Development Officer, Anna leads the strategic management of atNorth‘s development and property portfolio, with specific focus on site selection, expansion of existing sites, plus new facilities across the Nordics.

Prior to atNorth, Anna spent eight years at Marel in director and executive level positions. An experienced board member and frequent speaker, she has served as an executive leader for numerous years, leading cross-organizational operations and strategy implementation globally.

Daniel joined atNorth in 2023 with the acquisition of Gompute. A proven industry leader, Daniel brings strong operational experience and a deep understanding of HPC and AI to the atNorth business. Prior to atNorth, Daniel co-founded HPC business Gridcore in 2002 and played a key role in the development of the Gompute HPC Platform. He has a wealth of expertise in technical sales, business development, and strategic negotiations, with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong experience in delivering innovative solutions.

Gestur joined the atNorth Board in 2016 with extensive management and board experience in IT and telecommunications. Gestur held the position of Group CEO of Advania from 2009 – 2019 and is currently serving as the company’s Chairman of the Board. He has been instrumental in driving the transformation and successful growth of Advania, Vodafone and Betware in the Nordics.

Mats joined the atNorth Board in 2022, bringing valuable knowledge of enterprise digitization and extensive Board experience. Mats currently serves as Chief Information Officer and Head of Group IT at Ericsson and is the former CIO of Saab. He has been leading digital transformation for decades and is a thought leader on the buyer side of the data center and HPC market.

Esther joined the atNorth Board in 2022 with 20 years of investment experience. Esther serves as Partners Group’s Head of Private Infrastructure Business department, a member of the Partners Group Executive team and Global Executive board and a member of the Private Infrastructure and Global Investment Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of EOLO, Lifelink and Cape Omega.

Anders joined the atNorth Board in 2022 with a wealth of experience ranging from business development to outsourcing and delivery. Anders is a co-founder of the strategy, sourcing and M&A advisory firm Burnt Oak Partners. He specializes in successful outsourcing engagements and M&A transactions and has been an essential asset in the strategic growth of multiple businesses including WM-data/Logica and CGI Sweden.

Ismail is an investment leader at Partners Group with experience across digital, transport, social and energy infrastructure. He joined the board of atNorth in January 2022.

Peter joined the atNorth Board in 2022 bringing more than 30 years’ of thought leadership in data centers. Peter co-founded EYP Mission Critical Facilities in 1997, which he built to become the premier consulting and engineering firm dedicated to the design and operations of DCs globally. Today, Peter is engaged in a number of board roles across the data center and power industries.
