About the job and responsibilities

atNorth is looking to expand its multinational commercial team with an individual responsible for bid management. The commercial team is responsible for globally growing atNorth’s Data Center & Colocation business and HPC & AI Services that include infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and managed services.

For this role we are looking for someone that can take the project ownership of running bid management processes for mainly the large complex data center procurement processes:

  • You will own our contractual templates and develop new ones connected to the RFP:s. You will be able to enter into negotiation processes to take a big part of the contractual conversations where liability, Service Level Agreements and general terms are negotiated, you will know what we can accept and cannot accept under contracts
  • You will gather and consolidate answers we have provided in prior RFP processes to ensure we build up knowledge and capabilty to efficiently answer the coming RFPs
  • Collaborate with our Product Managment, Development and Operational teams to put in practical legal text related to the service we are providing to the customer
  • Collaborate with product managment and finance team to validate profitabiltiy of contracts and price levels.
  • Support sales teams in aquisition of new business

This full-time, permanent position will be based in either Stockholm or placed in another metropolitan area of the Nordics. You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. A hybrid working model is possible.


Skills and experience

  • Relevant work experience and/​or a degree in engineering, business or similar
  • Experience from bid management is required
  • Excellent skills in project management
  • Experience from international bid management is strongly meritorius as well as knowledge about Data Centers Services
  • Experience in negotiations
  • Strong communications skills, writing and verbal, in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Good technical know-how and computer skills.
